![]() My whole household (8 additional accounts) have been transferred over due to my referrals and these could be in jeopardy too. I was able to borrow money from a friend to pay this back but honestly this is not only disappointing but is making me reconsider my accounts staying with Capital One. I brought my business over because I received, up until today, exceptional service. This is not the reason why I closed out other accounts to come to Capital One. Nothing was offered it was pay or accrue charges. Even more so when people are losing their jobs there could have been a customer service credit offered even if it was $10. I understand that I am responsible for charges and the interest on those charges but everything was paid off. She thanked me for paying off $4.5k and trusting you with other accounts but could not do anything. There were many moments of silence with no resolutions which is what managers should be able to do resolve situations. There was no resolution besides paying this back because apparently my credit card accrues interest daily. That did not really show signs of empathy. I was then transferred to a supervisor Jessica who tried to empathize with me when I said I might have a hard time paying this little amount because I am out of a job by saying "well I have to pay my mortgage payment even through Covid. I spoke with a representative that could only do so much due to positionality. I see a new statement of money owed $33.20 and called for an explanation as to how I owed when my balance was $0.00. ![]() I thankfully was able to pay back around $4.5k within a month to make sure I did not owe anything and to be as responsible as I can due to Covid-19. I finished paying my credit card July 2nd because I lost my job. I believed so much in Capital One that I closed my Citibank account to open up a checking account with Capital One. I have always paid my credit card on time and never late. I have been a customer since Oct of 2018. My poor wife spent 3 hours all together being patient trying to fix Capital One's problem and in the end they can't fix it and hang up in her face. This bank is the absolute worst NULL AND VOID CUSTOMER SERVICE & ITT SUPPORT. Then the Asian ITT person got on the line with my wife and she and him tried to fix the problem because he told her I could fix it now the customer service representative was wrong I don't need to file a ticket so she stayed on the phone with him with them both trying to resolve the problem but he was having a hard time and he was on the phone with her & her phone number that she gave him just in case something happened he could call her back he did not suggest that she did but she said he decided he had enough of trying to resolve the problem after saying he could fix it but could not so he blatantly just hung up in her face and never called her back!!!!!!!!!!!! Then she disconnected and said goodbye to my wife after my wife being extremely nice and patient trying to fix the problem. She said she verified my wife to the online support person and sent her over to him to right up a ticket for them to fix the problem. The woman contacted the online department after her & my wife speaking for over 2 hours. The woman spoke to my wife for a good two hours while I was at work and it was still not resolved but my wife said the woman was very nice. I gave permission for capital one customer service to speak to my wife to help us get online for our credit card because I was not able to get online access for my card.
